Vice Ganda is having a closet sale!

Vice Ganda is holding a closet sale all the way until Sunday!

On X, the "It's Showtime" host announced she and her husband Ion Perez will be selling pre-loved clothes and shoes at Quezon City's Barangay Bagong Handa. "Meron ding mga brand new," Vice added.

The closet sale, which opens at 10am and closes at 6pm, features pretty affordable items. In Vice's Instagram Stories, we espied a rack of items priced P300.

Not bad right?

Apart from the thrill of being able to own a piece of clothing from a celebrity like Vice Ganda, participating in garage sales like the own Vice and Ion have organized allows you help save the planet from climate change.

"Choosing second-hand fashion extends the life of clothes, reducing the need for brand-new clothes which produce climate-damaging emissions when they are manufactured," Oxfam said in 2023 report. 

In fact, "embracing second-hand consumption instead of buying new clothes leads to up to 42% lower impacts for climate change and cumulative energy demand, 42-53% for freshwater eutrophication, and 35-53% for water scarcity footprint per use," the journal of circular economy said.
