Chelsea Manalo dazzles in blue swimsuit in Miss Universe preliminary competition

Chelsea Manalo was a headturner during the swimsuit portion of the Miss Universe preliminary competition.

The Filipina beauty queen flaunted her curly hair and donned a bright blue two-piece bikini and gold scarf as she gracefully strutted on the catwalk in Mexico.

Prior to this, Chelsea unveiled her national costume, which was inspired by the religions in the Philippines.

The Miss Universe was hosted by previous winners, R’Bonney Gabriel from the USA and Sheynnis Palacios from Nicaragua.

Chelsea will vie for the country's fifth Miss Universe crown on the coronation night on November 16 (November 17, Philippine time).

The 25-year-old won the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 crown in May, making her the first Filipino-Black American candidate to ever win the national title.
