Gabbi Garcia becomes the first Filipino ambassador of this international fashion brand

Gabbi Garcia just made another huge career step!

The Kapuso It Girl has been named the first Filipina global ambassador for Aldo.

Gabbi made the announcement on Instagram, saying she was "truly overwhelmed to be the first Filipina global ambassador for Aldo."

"Cheers” she added as she tagged the brand's official Instagram handle.

Aldo is a Canadian fashion retailer with branches around the world, including several stores across the Philippines. It specializes in trendy shoes, bags, jewelry, sunglasses, and many more.

At her launching event, Gabbi rocked a black maxi skirt, flesh-colored sweater, and gray blazer. Gabbi’s shoes of choice are chic white sandals from Aldo.

The Kapuso actress is one of the stars of “Unbreak My Heart,” the historic collaboration of GMA Network and ABS-CBN, which recently started its new chapter.

According to Gabbi, her role as Alexandra on the show is her “most mature role” to date.

“Unbreak My Heart,” starring Gabbi, Joshua Garcia, Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap airs Mondays to Thursdays on GMA Telebabad, Pinoy Hits, and I Heart Movies at 9:35 p.m. and 11:25 p.m. on GTV.
