Sparkle artists, Mr. M shine on the cover of Esquire Philippines

They are sparkling!

Sparkle artists Julie Anne San Jose, Rayver Cruz, Ruru Madrid, Bianca Umali, Miguel Tanfelix, and Ysabel Ortega, were joined by famed star-maker and Sparkle GMA Artist Center Consultant Johnny "Mr. M" Manahan on the cover of Esquire Philippines’ October issue.

Mr. M and the artists posed fiercely in some chic suit and skirt looks on the cover.

In the cover story, Mr. M talked about his showbiz beginnings both in front of and behind the screen, and how he built the careers of many of today's biggest stars.

Since joining Sparkle in 2021, Mr. M said that he and GMA are "Fine-tuning, and working on the system" to help boost the artists' careers.

Mr. M also commended the artists’ dedication.

"The passion and the discipline are in them. You see it when they work. They love the work," he told Esquire.

"The passion is there and that's very important to make it in the business, because if you don't have it, if you don't have the love for it, you won't make it. You'll crash and you'll burn," he added.
