Make way for the queens!

Catriona Gray, Michelle Dee, Megan Young, R’Bonney Gabriel, and Melanie Marquez have landed on the cover of Vogue Philippines’ October issue.

The beauty queens suited up in tuxedos from high fashion brands, smiling and linking arms for the cover.

Instead of the usual magazine interview, the group had a “Crown Conversation,” wherein they sat and talked about the significant changes in pageants throughout the years.

In case a refresher is needed, Megan was crowned Miss World in 2013.

Catriona was hailed as Miss Universe in 2018. R’Bonney is Miss Universe 2022, and she is the first Filipina-American to have the crown.

Melanie is Miss International 1979. Her daughter, Michelle, is Miss Universe Philippines 2022 and will represent the country in the international pageant in El Salvador in November.

Michelle’s signature evening gown walk was a tribute to her mom.

Vogue has another cover for the month, featuring the Philippine Women’s National Football Team, the Filipinas. They made history when they won against New Zealand in the FIFA Women’s World Cup.
