Flying Tiger Copenhagen to open in Manila in October, marks expansion in Southeast Asia

Flying Tiger Copenhagen, a variety concept store originating in Denmark, is set to open its first Philippine outpost in Glorietta 4 in Makati, and according to its CEO Martin Jermiin, it "marks the start of our exciting expansion in Southeast Asia."

If you’re unfamiliar with the brand, Flying Tiger Copenhagen offers a wide array of products from toys and games, arts and crafts, party and gifts, sports and wellness, as well as food, home, stationery, and more.

Basically, whatever feel-good product that may bring you joy, best believe Flying Tiger Copenhagen has a thing or three for you.

It has a unique assortment of fantastic and functional well-designed offerings that makes it clear that "a richer life doesn’t have cost a fortune," a line that's become something of a rallying cry for the brand. 

As of 2023, the Scandinavian-led value-for-money poised retail concept store has a global imprint of 892 stores in 33 countries, including Germany, France.

”The opening of our first Flying Tiger Copenhagen store in the Philippines marks the start of our exciting expansion in Southeast Asia,” said Flying Tiger Copenhagen CEO Martin Jermiin in a press release.

According to Bloomberg, it will establish an HQ in Singapore and open stores in the Philippines and Indonesia, in its bid "to more than double its number of stores globally."
