Herlene Budol cracks a joke about her GMA Gala attire, Celeste Cortesi has the perfect sisterly comeback

At GMA Gala 2023 last Saturday, beauty queens Herlene Budol and Celeste Cortesi arrived with a similar elegant attire: A fitted silver long gown that accentuated their incredible physique with a hood.
On Instagram, Herlene cracked a joke about their similar attire but the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 had the most sisterly comeback possible.
"Si celeste ang in-order, ako yung dumating. Disappointed yung nag order," Herlene captioned her Instagram post.
In the comment section, the newly minted Sparkle artist laughed and said, "you look beautiful!!!!"
Herlene wore a custom Mara Chua V-neck crystal mesh body glove dress that came with a separate hood. It showcased the beauty queen's 21-inch waistline perfectly.
On her Instagram meanwhile, Celeste marked her "total 360 moment."
"Last year I attended the gala as Miss Universe Philippines 2022, and now I’m attending as an official GMA Sparkle artist," she wrote in the caption of her post where she modeled her Anthony Ramirez number.
The GMA Gala had the theme, "elegant formal" and Sparkle artists came dressed to the nines. It turned out to be such a historic evening as ABS-CBN artists and executives attended the event.
Anne Curtis even won an award that night, Vice Ganda and Michael V. had a moment together, and Joshua Garcia thought Barbie Forteza was the best dressed of the evening.
