Nancy Binay wears powder blue terno for Senate opening session
Senator Nancy Binay wore a powder blue terno for the opening of the Second Regular Session of the 19th Congress in the Senate on Monday.
As seen in a post by GMA Integrated News reporter Hana Bordey, Binay's dress had intricate details sewn on the skirt. She paired it with a patterned blue clutch.
Binay attended the opening session at the Senate ahead of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s second State of the Nation Address (SONA) in Batasang Pambansa this afternoon.
Marcos last week said his SONA will be “really very simple” and would be a “performance report” for Filipinos to see which of his pronouncements have been realized.
The Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City has already been in lockdown since Thursday, ahead of Marcos’ SONA.
