Makati Shangri-La to reopen doors in August after two years of closure

After two years of closure, Makati Shangri-La is set to reopen its doors this year!

On Tuesday, the five-star hotel in Makati officially announced its reopening on Facebook.

“It’s time to light up Makati!” Makati Shangri-La wrote in the caption.

“We are delighted to welcome guests back to the iconic Makati Shangri-La, Manila, from 8 August 2023,” it added, along with the hashtag #FreshBeginnings.

During the height of the pandemic, the hospitality industry was among those heavily affected by the challenges of COVID-19, which led Makati Shangri-La to temporarily close its doors in 2021.
