Did anybody say smart casual? Kelsey Merritt has a chic outfit idea for us

So a pair of shorts may not be top of mind when a smart casual dress code is mentioned. But Kelsey Merritt will have everybody rethinking that as she pulls off chic smart casual outfit, featuring a pair of tailored white shorts.

On Instagram, the Filipino-American model shared snaps of the all-neutral outfit she wore for her "first time in the south of France."

The one-time Victoria's Secret angel effortlessly rocked a white tee and laid-back shorts combo topped with a pin-striped blazer. She had a thin belt around her tiny waist, with nude ballerina flats accentuating her long legs.

Kelsey was so nicely pulled together, Heart Evangelista's constant, Justin Louise Soriano just had to comment: "I'm living for that blazer."

Last February, Kelsey became a showstopper during a fashion event in New York City, where she wore an all-black outfit .

For her Coachella Day 1 ensemble last April, meanwhile, Kelsey went for a head-to-toe knit outfit .
