Met Gala 2023: Head turners who served their Karl Lagerfeld best

A pregnancy announcement, divine whites, a regal Met Gala debut, and Karl Lagerfeld's cat Choupette.

These are just some of the most interesting things to happen at the red carpet of The Met Gala this year, which took place on Monday (US time) at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.

This year's Met Gala theme is "Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty," a tribute to the designer who died in 2019 at 85.  

Along with Vogue head honcho Anna Wintour, this year's hosts include singer Dua Lipa, actress Penelope Cruz, and tennis star Roger Federer with his wife Mirka.
