Japanese retail brand's P790 Tiktok famous bag named 2023's 'hottest' fashion item

Uniqlo's sell-out Round Mini Shoulder Bag just made it to the top spot of "The Lyst Index," quarterly ranking of fashion's hottest brands and products.

The bag is the cheapest product to have made the list, which is ranked by a UK-based fashion technology company Lyst.

Retailing at P790 in the Philippines, the Japanese retail brand's breakout item went viral on TikTok and garnered millions of views and recommendations from several satisfied users of the bag.

According to Lyst, its criteria for judging the products to be included in "The Lyst Index" is based on the product's volume of social media mentions, searches, page views, and interactions.

Uniqlo's half-moon crossbody bag, which comes in different colors, secured the top spot on the list. It is followed by mid to high-end fashion products, including MSCHF's Big Red Boots, Alaïa's Le Coeur Bag, and Adidas' Gazelle Sneakers, among others.
