H.E.R. is Vogue Philippines' latest cover star
H.E.R. has landed on the cover of Vogue Philippines’ February issue.
Photographed by Shaira Luna in a field in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, the musician was able to "reconnect with her roots," the magazine said.
On the cover, H.E.R is dressed in a white bridegroom pantsuit by Randolf.
In other photos, she wears an emerald green ball gown by Al Rey Rosano, a blue pantsuit with white details, and many more high fashion looks.
H.E.R. shared her excitement on Instagram.
“Never thought I would be on the cover of Vogue,” she said.
“[The] fact that it’s VOGUE PHILIPPINES means EVERYTHING TO ME[.] I am so grateful and excited for this next chapter…. LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!”
In her cover story, the Filipina-American Grammy and Oscar winner talked about her growth and letting the public get to know the person behind the music.
Born as Gabriella Sarmiento Wilson, H.E.R.’s achievements include getting a role in an Oprah Winfrey-produced movie, sharing the stage with Lenny Kravitz, touring the world with Coldplay, and playing Belle in the “Beauty and the Beast” anniversary special.
Other beauties who graced the cover of Vogue Philippines include tennis star Alex Eala and Filipino-American model Chloe Magno.
