On Wednesday, the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 shared photos of herself sporting a shorter ’do that makes her beauty stand out more.

“In doubt, cut it,” she wrote on Instagram.

Rabiya’s post has received comments of admiration from both fans and fellow celebrities, including Rere Madrid and Kate Valdez.
