Herlene Budol unveils Higantes Festival-inspired ensemble at Binibining Pilipinas 2022 national costume show

Herlene Budol just walked the runway in her Higantes Festival-inspired ensemble!

During the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 national costume presentation on Saturday, Herlene proudly showed off her costume, which consisted of a red-orange beaded suit and a massive mannequin figure behind her.

Her costume is inspired by the Higantes Festival of Angono, Rizal, and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray; and an homage to her “Hipon Girl” moniker.

Forty candidates are presenting their respective national costumes at the ongoing Binibining Pilipinas 2022 show at New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.

The coronation night will be held at Smart Araneta Coliseum on July 31.

Winners of Binibining Pilipinas 2022 will go on to represent the Philippines at Miss International, Miss Globe, Miss Intercontinental, and Miss Grand International, among other pageants. – RC, GMA News
