In a Fourth of July celebration at The Hamptons, the Filipino-American Victoria’s Secret model wore a chic white mini dress by the brand retrofe?te with complimenting heels by Nana Jacqueline.

In a separate Instagram post, Kelsey showed off her runway skills as she walked in her all-white ensemble with Michael Bublé’s “Feeling Good” in the background.
