Luane Dy-Gonzales designs gorgeous, ready-to-wear clothes for breastfeeding moms

Motherhood is beautiful, and we should celebrate it.

Luane Dy-Gonzales just partnered with Bfeeding MUM for a collection of gorgeous, ready-to-wear creations especially designed to give baby easy-access to mommy's milk.

"It's not just for breastfeeding moms, it's not just for moms," the Kapuso host, actress and mother told GMA reporters over Zoom on Friday.

"It's for everyone, para sa lahat [ng mga babae ito]," she added.

Luane personally took part in designing each piece, from finding comfy fabrics to coming up with new designs that would make breastfeeding easier but still fashionable at the same time.

"I thought of new styles and designs that I liked, and found a way to make it work," she said in Filipino.

"Just because you're a breastfeeding mom, doesn't mean you can't wear this particular style. I didn't want to limit (the collection) to that," she added.

Luane created the collection amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and she was inspired after welcoming baby Christiano, her first child with husband Carlo Gonzales.
