IKEA Philippines is opening a loyalty club this July, and here's how you can join

To all the home buddies excited to give their rooms a fresh new makeover, IKEA is getting closer and closer to opening its first store in the Philippines!

But first, you should know that the Swedish furniture maker is opening a loyalty club where Philippine members can get access to special pre-opening events, rewards and benefits.

“IKEA Family” will be accepting 100,000 members within the first 24 hours of its launch this July 7.

According to IKEA Philippines, early registrants will get a chance to win one of three IKEA Home makeover packages worth P50,000 with exclusive design consultations with IKEA interior designers.

Here’s how you can sign up for IKEA Family club:

• Visit family.IKEA.com.ph starting July 7 using your desktop, mobile, tablet or laptop
• Members must be at least 21 years old
• You will need to register a valid Philippine mobile number

According to Philippine store manager Georg Platzer during IKEA Family online launch on Thursday, IKEA Philippines is expected to open its first store in Pasay in Q4 of this year.

The IKEA outlet in the Philippines is set to its the biggest in the world, and goods have already arrived last month. —JCB, GMA News
