Pre-pageant Rabiya Mateo stuns in terno-inspired suit

Rabiya Mateo is hitting the pre-pageant activities for Miss Universe 2020 in style.

As seen in photos shared by Aces and Queens over the weekend, the Ilongga beauty queen showed up in a modern terno-inspired suit by Filipino designer Marlon Tuazon.

The unique ensemble features elegant pearl and seashell trimmings on the sleeves. It shows just “the right amount of skin.”

It's similar to the modern barong-inspired outfit by Chino Christopherson and Marc Rancy that Rabiya slayed in for her departure to the US.  

Rabiya Mateo was crowned Miss Universe Philippines in Baguio City last October 2020.

Gearing up for the global pageant, Rabiya has also recently shared glam shots ahead of the pageant which will be held on May 16. 

In the photos taken by Mark Caceres, Rabiya wore natural-looking makeup with her hair down, which accentuated her gorgeous Filipina features and skin tone.
