Blackpink member Jisoo named Dior global brand ambassador
Blackpink has added a new feather in their stylish cap!
The K-Pop group’s member Jisoo has been named by luxury brand Dior its “global ambassador for both fashion and beauty.”
According to Dior, Jisoo “embodies with her singular audacity, the House’s modernity” and “perfectly encapsulates the House’s contemporary femininity.”
“She was also a key inspiration for the creation of the #DiorFall21 collection, which she notes has ‘an underlying boldness to it that’s felt when the garment is worn. I myself may seem calm on the exterior, but as an artist I exert a more powerful attitude on stage,’” said the caption on the brand’s Instagram post.
In another post, Dior quoted Jisoo as saying: “Finding what suits you best, and then adding some uniqueness to it really strengthens your own individuality. This sort of uniqueness is the driving force to trust yourself and stay confident.”
