'Bawal Judgmental' contestant spent almost 1 million on online shopping during quarantine

A contestant on "Bawal Judgmental" revealed that she spent almost one million pesos on online shopping alone during the quarantine.

During the "Eat Bulaga" segment on Wednesday, online shoppers were featured as contestants.

Asked if they've spent P100,000 or more on online shopping when the quarantine started, Daryl, one of the contestants, said that she didn't just spend P100,000, but almost P1,000,000!

Asked what she bought, she answered, "Mga paninda ko rin, 'yun mga gamit ng anak ko... mga appliances."

Some of the suppliers she has for her business come from Lazada, Daryl said.

She also said that she bought numerous Hello Kitty merchandise because a lot of her customers are fans of the character.

In the segment, Miss Universe Philippines' Manila candidate Alexandra Abdon starred as its guest and won the jackpot prize worth P50,000. —Kaela Malig/MGP, GMA News
