Lawmakers and their significant others have arrived in style for the opening session of the 18th congress.
As the past years, they are using fashion to highlight Philippine culture and tradition. Tootsy Angara, the wife of Senator Sonny Angara, looked radiant in her white modern FIlipiniana by designer Michael Leyva.
