Outgoing Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere passes on the crown in a stunning Michael Cinco gown

South African beauty queen Demi-Leigh looked every inch a queen as she won the crown on Monday morning. But it was hard not to pay attention to outgoing Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere. She looked gorgeous in a red ball gown.

Ladies and gents, that red ball gown is by Dubai-based Filipino designer Michael Cinco.

On his social media accounts, Cinco posted a photo of the beauty queen and revealed more details about the beautiful dress she had on.
