Lorde teases new music on TikTok

It looks like Lorde is ready to start a new era, four years after her last album.

The singer wiped out her Instagram page, and then left just one video on her TikTok account.

It showed her walking and singing an unreleased song with the lyrics, “Since I was 17, I gave you everything. Now we break from a dream, well baby, what was that?”

As of writing, video has five million views, over 600,000 likes, and 16,400 comments of fans declaring a Lorde Summer.

Lorde is best known for the hit songs “Royals,” “Ribs,” and “Supercut,” among others.

Her last album, “Solar Power,” was released in 2021. Her other albums are “Pure Heroine” from 2013 and “Melodrama” from 2017.

In 2024, she was part of the remix of Charli xcx’s song, “Girl, so confusing.”
