Jillian Ward hoping to cosplay together with Myrtle Sarrosa

Jillian Ward is hoping that she can cosplay together with her "My Ilonggo Girl" co-star and veteran cosplayer Myrtle Sarrosa.

As seen in Lhar Santiago's report on "24 Oras," Thursday, Myrtle has been cosplaying for more than a decade already, dressing up as anime, film, and mobile games characters.

"Dati po kasi nakikita ko na po talaga siya sa feed ko na nagko-cosplay po siya. Eh ako, gusto ko rin i-try mag-cosplay one day, so malay n'yo po, kahit after ng show ay makapag-collaborate pa po kami," Jillian said.

However, Jillian feels shy asking Myrtle for the collaboration.

"Kasi ako po ano eh, wala pa akong talagang real experience. Eh siya po talaga sobrang professional na po siya doon, so ano po, dadahan-dahanin ko. Ta's sasabihin ko, 'Ate, paturo naman ako,'" she said.

When asked who she thinks Jillian should cosplay, Myrtle said, "Parang si Angela ng ML. Kasi favorite character ko 'yan sa Mobile Legends."

She added that Jillian has an angelic face like the character.

"My Ilonggo Girl" also stars Michael Sager, Arra San Agustin, Lianne Valentin, Empoy Marquez, Teresa Loyzaga, Arlene Muhlach, Richard Quan, Andrea Del Rosario, Vince Maristela, and Geo Mhanna.

It airs at 9:35 p.m. on GMA Prime after "Mga Batang Riles."
