Here’s a 2025 tarot reading for earth, fire, air, and water signs

Tarot reader Alyssa Dimaculangan, also known as theblessedbhie, looked into her cards and shared her 2025 astrological insights for the zodiac's four elemental groups: Earth, Fire, Air, and Water signs.

In an interview with GMA News Online, Alyssa offered guidance for personal and professional growth.

Earth signs (Virgo, Taurus, Capricorn)

Alyssa’s cards showed her that 2025 is going to be a year where manifestation is going to be very prominent for the earth signs.

“What I mean by this is… if the earth sign wants something to do or wants something to accomplish, I definitely believe that this is the year where they could take proper action to do it. But this will definitely require a lot of mental strength and a lot of mental conditioning,” she said.

Noting that earth signs are prone to overthinking when tangible results aren’t seen immediately, Alyssa’s piece of advice is to look at your progress in a bigger picture.

“Have some side projects in between, some side quests, and make sure that you are in the moment,” she said.

She also drew the King of Wands card, which represents the possibility of getting a promotion or being given a leadership role.

“If the earth sign is still in school, it may mean that there is going to be some sort of a big responsibility that they have to uphold if they so choose. So this isn't exactly parang a one-size-fits-all type of thing na lahat ng earth signs [ay] magkakaroon ng leadership role, it's more of reclaiming your power,” she said.

Alyssa added that the past year taught earth signs discipline, so in 2025, “They will definitely see that adjustment, or the sacrifices they've made pay off.”

Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius)

Fire signs are going to be a bit impatient in 2025, Alyssa started.

She explained that in the past year, the fire signs did a lot of hard work in different areas of their lives, so during the early start of 2025, they would have to wait a bit more to see their progress.

Alyssa got the Ace of Swords card, which tells the fire signs to combat impulsive thinking and impatience with logic and rational thinking.

“Fire signs kasi are very dynamic. They're very passionate about what they do, they’re passionate about their goals and what they want to achieve, na if they don't really hit that timeline, sometimes parang, you know, the frustration bubbles up, and then a combustion happens,” she said.

She highlighted the importance for fire signs to realize that it’s OK to take it easy this year while they wait for their 2024 hard work to come into fruition.

“Invest in their pleasure, what makes them happy, what makes them feel at peace, what makes them remind themselves to enjoy life or life is worth enjoying and living. This is something that they have to focus on for 2025,” she said.

Air signs (Libra, Gemini, Aquarius)

2025 is going to serve as a clean slate for air signs, aligned with self-care and self-preservation.

“Because of this, there will be an important decision to be made for air signs, especially as they continue on with the year. And this is more so related to ‘Where do I compartmentalize my energy?’ ‘What do I prioritize?’” Alyssa said.

She drew a Pentacles card, which is a reminder to think about things in the long run.

Air signs will have to think in ways that are both intuitive and logical, like, “If I focus on my goals now, will I have a more peaceful end of the year? If I focus on myself right now, will I be able to attract better goals or prioritize bigger goals?”

Making these choices may be stressful and “a bit of a nightmare situation” in the beginning, especially because air signs are more used to just winging things, but “just make sure that you're aligning yourself to what you believe is intuitively good for you.”

Water signs (Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio)

Finally, for water signs, 2025 is going to be about “releasing what no longer serves you.”

Alyssa said that the past year had been difficult for the Pisces, Cancer, and Scorpio signs, especially in terms of the heart.

“There was something that needed to be left noong 2024. It may have been a relationship, a job, friends, mindsets, even a place, but I feel like the water sign right now, entering 2025, has been keeping it in,” she said.

But 2025 is going to be about healing despite the water signs trying to sweep their feelings under the rug.

“This journey, as difficult as it sounds like, is going to come naturally. Very, very important lang na gawin ng water signs is to avoid ‘yung resistance to change and the resistance of expressing yourself and your emotions. Whatever you had to leave is an aspect of your life that has been hindering you from your growth, and you are entering 2025 with the opportunity to actually find that stability,” she said.

Find that security within yourself as well as in other aspects of your life while choosing your battles well, Alyssa advised.
