The Weeknd teases new music, 'new everything' for 2025

Fans can look forward to a new era from The Weeknd in 2025.

On X, the "Die For You" hitmaker shared a poster that said, "New album, new tour, new movie, new everything."

In his caption, he simply wrote, "2025."

The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, is known for the critically acclaimed albums "Starboy" (2016) and "After Hours" (2020). His hits include "Save Your Tears," "Blinding Lights," and "The Hills."

He co-created and co-starred in the HBO series "The Idol," which also starred Lily-Rose Depp and Blackpink's Jennie. It came out in 2023.

One of the show's songs, "One of the Girls," sung by Tesfaye, Depp, and Jennie, went on to become one of the biggest hits in the past year.
