New 'Elden Ring' game announced for 2025 release

A new "Elden Ring" game is in the works!

FromSoftware announced "Elden Ring: Nightreign" at The Game Awards 2024 on Friday, unveiling a trailer for the multiplayer spin-off.

The standalone game is set to be released in 2025.

"Elden Ring" is a popular, award-winning game released in 2022.

It recently got a DLC called Shadow of the Erdtree, which was nominated for Game of the Year this year's Game Awards.

Directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, the game features worldbuilding by "Game of Thrones" author George R. R. Martin. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
