Disney drops official teaser for 'Lilo & Stitch' live action movie

The excitement for the live-action of “Lilo & Stitch” is on!

On YouTube, Disney unveiled the official teaser for the upcoming live-action adaptation of the well-loved animated film "Lilo & Stitch.”

The 32-second clip showed Stitch crashing into a beach, destroying a sand castle, and cackling with glee.

“Stitch crashes into theaters May 23, 2025!” the caption read.

Previously, Disney unveiled the new poster of the upcoming movie where it featured a close-up photo of Stitch smiling widely.

The production house gave a first look at the live-action movie remake of "Lilo & Stitch" in August.

"Lilo & Stitch" is a comedy-drama aimated classic released in 2002.

Originally named Experiment 626, Stitch was adopted by a Hawaiian girl, Lilo, who was unaware that the "dog" was supposedly a dangerous scientific experiment. —Jade Veronique Yap/JCB, GMA Integrated News
