Twoset Violin parts ways after 11 years

Twoset Violin is no more.

The musical duo of Brett Yang and Eddy Chen has announced that they're ceasing content creation after 11 years.

"It’s been a wild ride with you all for the last 11 years," they told fans on Facebook. "We’ve all grown up together and it’s kinda surreal that we’re ending our chapter here."

"Thank you for all the laughs, the genuine encounters in real life and all the special moments we’ve had with you online and offline," they added.

Twoset Violin rose to fame thanks to their musical comedy content on YouTube. They went on to hosting live classical-comedy performances, and even going on a classical world tour.

According to their website, they have amassed over 9.5 billion followers across social media and over one billion views in the past 11 years.
