Jin of BTS to release new solo single on October 25

Save the date, BTS ARMY! Jin is set to release the first single off his upcoming debut solo album, "Happy," on October 25.

The track will come with a music video, according to the newly unveiled promotional schedule posted by BigHit Music on X.

According to the label, the lead track's music video will be released on the same day as the album.

Concept photos, posters, and visual clips start releasing on Wednesday, October 16. The tracklist will kickstart the roll-out.

Happy” will have six tracks “each with its own unique vibe, all grounded in a band sound,” an announcement on the BTS Weverse page said.

“’Happy’ is Jin's heartfelt invitation for fans to join him on his journey to discover happiness,” the announcement said.

Jin is the first member of BTS to be discharged from mandatory military service.

After his discharge, Jin held a hug event for the BTS ARMY to celebrate the band’s 11th anniversary, launched his own variety show, “Run Jin,” served as the torchbearer of South Korea for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, and attended Milan Fashion Week as a brand ambassador for Gucci.

His first solo single, “The Astronaut” was released in 2022. This month, Jin released the full version of his catchy hit, “Super Tuna.”
