Jin of BTS to release debut solo album 'Happy' in November

Jin of BTS is set to release his debut solo album in November!

Titled "Happy," the album will have six tracks, “each with its own unique vibe, all grounded in a band sound.”

According to the Weverse announcement, "Happy" will be released on November 15, Friday, at 1 p.m., Philippine time. Pre-orders start on Tuesday, October 15 at 10 a.m.

"’Happy’ is Jin's heartfelt invitation for fans to join him on his journey to discover happiness,” the announcement read. “With his sincere emotions and warm messages to his fans woven throughout Happy, we hope the album brings joy to all of you.”

It was also announced that Jin will be having several activities with fans in support of the album release.

Jin is the first member of BTS to be discharged from mandatory military service.

After his discharge, Jin held a hug event for the BTS ARMY during the BTS Festa, served as the torchbearer of South Korea for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, attended Milan Fashion Week in September as a brand ambassador for Gucci, and launched his own variety show, “Run Jin.”

His first solo single, “The Astronaut” was released in 2022. This month, Jin released the full version of his catchy hit, “Super Tuna.”
