Marian Rivera does ‘Brother Louie’ trend with Dingdong Dantes

Marian Rivera just did a viral dance challenge with her husband Dingdong Dantes!

On Instagram, GMA Network shared a clip of the Kapuso Primetime King and Queen dancing to the beat of “Brother Louie" by Modern Talking, taken at the sidelines of the premiere night of “Balota” on Friday. 

The clip began with Marian gamely showing off her dance moves and as the song reached its climax, Dingdong appeared on the screen and danced with his wife.

“The dancing queen dancing with her king. DongYan having fun at the [Balota] Premiere Night!” the caption read. 

In the comments section, Dingdong couldn't hide his delight at their little dance, leaving a hearty “hahahaha.” 

Marian graced the red carpet premiere of “Balota” on Friday with Dingdong who was immensely proud of the actress. 

The Cinemalaya 2024 entry “Balota” follows the story of a land-grabbing tycoon and a former male sexy actor who are locked in a tight race for the mayoral seat of a small town.

When violence erupts, a teacher runs into the forest with a ballot box containing the last copy of the election results.

Marian played the role of Teacher Emmy, and her highly praised performance led her to win the Best Actress trophy at the Cinemalaya awards night. She shared the honor with Gabby Padilla.

“Balota” is returning to Philippine cinemas starting October 16 with a new cut.

Meanwhile, Dingdong hosts "Family Feud," "Amazing Earth," and "The Voice Kids Philippines."
