KATSEYE does the viral 'Maybe This Time' dance challenge

KATSEYE hopped on the viral “Maybe This Time” dance challenge, delighting Filipino fans.

In a video posted on Netflix Philippines’ social media pages, Sophia, Manon, Daniela, Lara, Megan, and Yoonchae, could be seen dancing to the song cover by Sarah Geronimo.

“My magic moment: KATSEYE doing the ‘Maybe This Time’ dance challenge,” the streaming giant said in their caption.

As of this writing, the TikTok video has 518,700 views, 92,600 likes, and 818 comments from fans loving the girls’ energies.

“Maybe This Time” took the internet by storm this year, with celebrities like Dennis Trillo, Ysabel Ortega, Kate Valdez, and Fumiya Sankai, and many more dancing to song.

KATSEYE is in the Philippines from September 17 to 19.

On Wednesday, the girls performed on “It’s Showtime” and had a fan showcase titled, KATSEYE: Touchdown in Manila at Ayala Malls Market! Market! in Taguig City.

During the girls’ press conference on Tuesday, they said they hope to collaborate with Liza Soberano and Niana Guerrero.

Sophia from the Philippines, Daniela, Lara, and Megan from the USA, Manon from Switzerland, and Yoonchae from South Korea debuted as KATSEYE in late June.

KATSEYE released their debut EP, “SIS (Soft Is Strong),” on August 16. It includes the viral hits, “Touch” and “Debut.”

The group revealed the hard work they went through in their pre-debut days in the Netflix docuseries, “Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE,” which premiered in August.
