Cho Chang actress Katie Leung joins 'Bridgerton' Season 4 cast
The "Bridgerton" family gets bigger as Season 4 begins production!
In new announcements, Katie Leung has been revealed to be part of the cast. The actress is known for playing Cho Chang, the first love interest of Harry Potter in the popular "Harry Potter" film franchise.
Katie will play the role of Lady Araminta Gun. She reposted Shondaland's announcement on Instagram, saying, "Buzzin’ for me and my girls."
Also announced are Michelle Mao as Rosamund Li, and Isabella Wei as Posy Li.
Meanwhile, Netflix marked the start of lead stars Yerin Ha and Luke Thompson's journey with an official photo from set.
Yerin will play Sophie Baek, the love interest of Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke.
Season 4 will be based on the book “An Offer from a Gentleman” from Julia Quinn’s “Bridgerton” series, which follows the romantic journeys of all eight close-knit siblings of the Bridgerton family during England’s regency era.
Showrunners previously teased that the new season would be “extremely juicy.”
The previous season of "Bridgerton" featured Filipino actors James Bradwell and Martin Sarreal as Lord Basilio and Lord Barnell.
