David Archuleta, Benedict Cua lipsync to 'Crush' in new video

David Archuleta and Benedict Cua got together for this nostalgic collab!

In a collaborative Instagram post, the duo lip synced to David's top hit from 2008, "Crush."

They performed the bridge in the video, where David sang the original track and Benedict lip synced to the backing vocals.

"This era," the vlogger and Sparkle star said in his caption.

The comments section is filled with fans getting nostalgic and excited about the collab.

David is thrilled to be back in the Philippines for his Playback Presents: The Best of David Archuleta Live in Manila concert at the New Frontier Theater on September 14, and to reunite with his Pinoy fans.

"I just feel so a part of everyone here, and they're a part of my life now," he said in an interview on "Unang Hirit."

He was also so happy to have Philippine mangoes again.

David rose to fame after finishing as first runner-up on "American Idol" Season 7.

In 2012, David spent six weeks in the Philippines to film a series.

The singer was last in the country in 2018 for a fundraising concert and tried some Filipino holiday delicacies.

Aside from "Crush," David is known for the songs "A Little Too Not Over You," "Something 'Bout Love," and a cover of the OPM ballad, "Forevermore" by Side A. He also has a dreamy cover of South Border's "Rainbow," which he dedicated to his Filipino fans.
