Megan Thee Stallion and RM of BTS' 'Neva Play' selected as 'WWE SmackDown' intro song

“WWE SmackDown” marked its return to TV with a fiery new intro song.

"Neva Play," the collab song by Megan Thee Stallion and RM of BTS, was used as the show’s new intro. The rap song played in the background as the “WWE SmackDown” showcased its roster of wrestlers along with clips from the show.

Megan Thee Stallion saw the intro and said on X, “I think it’s finally time I make my debut lol #NEVAPLAY.” She also added fire emojis.

Neva Play” was released on September 6 with an anime- and video game-inspired music video.

Megan Thee Stallion previously said that “Neva Play” will be a “fun, loud, and amazing” collab with RM.

She was previously part of the remix of BTS’ megahit, “Butter.” The musicians first met in New York, then Megan performed the song with the boys at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles in 2021.

Aside from “Mamushi,” Megan Thee Stallion is best known for the songs, “Thot Shit,” “Hot Girl Summer,” and “Savage,” among many others.

Meanwhile, RM released his second solo album “Right Place, Wrong Person” last May. It includes the songs, “Come back to me,” “LOST!” and “Groin.”
