Philippines' Juvyel Anne Saluta is Miss Elite 2024

The Philippines' Juvyel Anne Saluta has been crowned Miss Elite 2024!

The beauty queen makes history as the first Filipina to win the crown in the international pageant. She was crowned by Miss Elite 2023 Mejreme Hajdaraj of Kosovo at the ceremony held in Somabay, a modern town resort at the Red Sea, Egypt.

Aside from being Miss Elite 2024, Juvyel was also awarded Best Smile.

Juvyel bested 34 beauty queens from around the world. The runner-ups are Victoria Maneiro from Venezuela as 1st Runner-Up, Irene Grande from Spain as 2nd Runner-Up, Sofia Gonzalez from Mexico as 3rd Runner-Up, and Tawana Sheldrick from Indonesia as 4th Runner-Up.

Juvyel, 20, was previously a candidate for Miss Manila 2023, representing Pandacan.

She is also the Manila City representative of Hiyas ng Pilipinas, a national organization and competition highlighting beauty in physique and character. She was able to compete in Miss Elite through the org.

Miss Elite was founded in 2021 and aims to find the queens who celebrate women’s beauty.
