After 'Drag Race Philippines' Snatch Game episode, J Quinn reveals other impersonation options

"Drag Race Philippines" streamed its Snatch Game episode this week, where the queens brought their A game and impersonated a variety of celebrities. From  Khianna's Baron Geisler to J Quinn's Confucius, the Snatch Game featured the full range of personalties that made it so good, host Paolo Ballesteros called it the best Snatch Game in the history of "Drag Race Philippines."

J Quinn went home that episode, and speaking to a select group of reporters on Friday morning, the Asian Pop Drag Idol revealed she actually had a couple of other choices for the Snatch Game, apart from the Chinese philosopher.

"I wanted to do Carmi Martin," J Quinn began, citing "the same tight lips because of our fillers."

She shared her other option was Marie Kondo, the Japanese tidying expert who enjoys quite the popularity for her "does it spark joy" decluttering strategy.

"I was going to have all my clothes off, and I was going to fold them on the floor," J Quinn shared her vision. "Good thing I didn't do it because it was going to be similar to Angel."

In the episode, Angel came as Maria Clara who was in various states of undress throughout the game to reveal a very modern Maria Clara character.

But no matter. J Quinn's Confucius remained true to his East Asian aesthetic, which the drag queen said she wanted to showcase in the show.

J Quinn is proud to have shown her East Asian pop culture brand throughout her five-episode run, and when asked about the other looks that didn't make it to the show, J Quinn refused to answer.

"I don't want to spoil anything," J Quinn told GMA News Online, instead promising to reveal them on her social media channels as episodes go.

According to the exiting queen, the biggest lesson she learned on "Drag Race Philippines" is "not to yap too much."

"Don't talk when it's not needed. Tone it down," J Quinn said, adding she hopes viewers will remember her for her drag and not for her yapping.

The Snatch Game episode dropped on HBO GO Wednesday and until continued to trend online by Friday morning. As of writing, it enjoys a whopping 10 rating on IMDB.

According to J Quinn, it was "very rewarding" to be part of the best snatch game in "Drag Race Philippines" history.

In the previous episode, she did the lip sync battle against Yudipota, who walked out in the middle of it all, giving viewers the most unexpectedly ending.
