Netflix's 'One Piece' live action finds its Nefertari Cobra, Dr. Kureha, and Dr. Hiriluk

Netflix has delivered another batch of cast announcements for its live action "One Piece," and they're looking so good!

Joining Season 2 of the show are Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, and Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk.

Cobra is the king of the Alabasta kingdom, while Kureha and Harelik are doctors residing in Drum Island.

In a new letter shared by Netflix, creator Eiichiro Oda said that he will once again closely monitor the production of the upcoming season.

"One Piece" Season 2 will cover the arcs Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island, he added.

Fans are heavily anticipating the cast announcement for Robin and Vivi, as well as a glimpse of Chopper.

According to Oda, there will be more announcements on Friday.

In the cast announcements back in June, Netflix introduced Callum Kerr as Captain Smoker, and Julia Rehwald as Tashigi. As for the Baroque Works agents, David Dastmalchian will be Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn will be Miss Valentine, Camrus Johnson will be Mr. 5, and, Daniel Lasker will be Mr. 9.

"One Piece" is a live action adaptation of the legendary manga by Oda, which has been running since 1997.

The story follows Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) as he goes on a journey to find the treasure called the One Piece and become King of the Pirates.

Netflix released its live action adaptation in August last year, and it became a huge global hit.
