SB19 and Alamat dance to 'Kalakal' and 'Maharani'

Two forces of P-Pop got together to bust out some moves!

SB19 and Alamat met up for dance challenges posted on Tiktok.

The groups showed off their energetic idol moves to SB19’s newest single “Kalakal” feautring Gloc-9. Another video showed them dancing to Alamat’s top hit “Maharani.”

Alamat is a six-member boy group best known for their celebration of the Philippines’ rich cultural history, through their multilingual lyrics, modernized traditional dance moves, and mythological figures in their visuals.

The group showcased their mandirigma roots in their song and music video for “Dagundong.” They had their first concert, also called “Dagundong,” at the New Frontier Theater in December 2023.

SB19 and Gloc-9 dropped “Kalakal” on August 9, which discusses Filipino consumerism.

SB19 concluded their second world tour this year.

The group is releasing a documentary film this August 28, all about their “PAGTATAG!” era.
