Lisa of Blackpink drops new song 'New Woman' featuring Rosalia

Lisa is back with a danceable new track!

In “New Woman,” the Blackpink member sings about focusing on herself and getting stronger. The song features Spanish singer Rosalia, who comes in the second verse and sings about being a star who will never fail.

The music video features clips of Lisa wearing a long blonde wig and other chic looks. It follows Lisa and Rosalia in various settings like a room filled with women reading magazines, a flower field, and lounging outdoors.

Lisa has been teasing a new solo single since July. She revealed in August that it will be a collab with Rosalia.

In June, Lisa released “Rockstar,” her first song and music video after launching her own record label, Lloud.

Following its release, Lisa thanked her fans for the success of her single.

“Thank you for your patience and I’m really happy to celebrate this together with you all,” she said.

For the MTV Video Music Awards 2024, the Blackpink star bagged four nominations for “Rockstar," namely for Best K-pop, Best Choreography, Best Art Direction, and Best Editing.

In 2021, Lisa debuted as a solo artist with the record-breaking singles “LALISA” and “Money.”
