Baekhyun of EXO to release fourth mini album 'Hello, World' in September
Baekhyun of EXO is set to stage his solo comeback this year with a new mini album!
On Twitter, Baekhyun teased his upcoming album by posting a seven-second clip that featured a clapperboard. It bore the words, "Hello, World," starring and directed by Baekhyun.
"Hello, World" is scheduled for release on Sept. 6.
"Hello, World" is Baekhyun's fourth mini album following "Bambi" in 2021, "Delight" in 2020, and "City Lights" in 2019.
In April this year, Baekhyun held a solo concert at the Araneta Coliseum as part of his "Lonsdaleite" Asia tour.
Prior to this, the K-pop star was last in Manila in June 2023 for the Overpass: K-pop Music Concert after he completed his military service in February of the same year.
Baekhyun debuted in EXO in 2012 and in its sub-unit EXO-CBX in 2016.
In June this year, EXO-CBX members Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin said in a press conference that they will sue SM Entertainment for unfair profit distribution. This came after the agency announced it would be taking legal action against the three to enforce the fulfillment of their contracts.
The idols promised to "resolve this situation quickly."
