Barbie Forteza, David Licauco, Maris Racal, and Anthony Jennings quoted each other’s most iconic lines from “Maria Clara at Ibarra” and “Can’t Buy Me Love” for their guest appearance on Netflix’s digital series, “Bida/Bida.”

The four stars were seen meeting up in the series’ elevator, and they were all happy to see each other.

They repeated their counterpart’s most iconic lines such as “Mama mo,” “Binibining Klay, tinatangi kita,” “Aircon ka, kanal ako,” and “Babu!” The actors perfectly nailed the lines word for word, with a delivery that showcases their acting prowess.

During the show, the stars talked about the impact of loveteams in Philippine showbiz and what they like most about being paired up.

Barbie and David first made waves with their tandem Klay and Fidel, or FiLay on “Maria Clara at Ibarra.” Meanwhile, Maris and Anthony became another top loveteam with their characters Irene and Snoop on “Can’t Buy Me Love.”

BarDa are among the stars of the highly anticipated historical series “Pulang Araw.” It traces the intertwined lives of four childhood friends: Adelina (Barbie), Teresita (Sanya Lopez), Hiroshi (David), and Eduardo (Alden Richards). As war ravages their homeland and Japanese forces occupy the Philippines, their dreams, friendships, and loyalties are tested, leading them on a journey of self-discovery and resilience.  

“Pulang Araw,” is coming to Netflix via www.netflix.com/PulangAraw on July 26 and GMA Prime beginning July 29.
