South Korea’s famous Waterbomb Festival is coming to Manila!

Waterbomb Manila revealed the exciting news in an Instagram post on Tuesday by sharing a poster that says “Hello Manila. Coming soon.”

“HELLO MANILA! Finally, darating na ang WATERBOMB sa inyo. Ito na ang pinaka inaabangang music festival na mag bibigay sa inyo ng unlimited energy!” the caption read.

Other details such as the date, venue, ticket prices, and artist lineup have yet to be announced.

In a previous post, Waterbomb Manila shared a video of Twice's Nayeon doing the Waterbomb Challenge. Fans quickly flooded the comment section, wondering if Nayeon would be performing at Waterbomb Manila.

It's best not to get one's hopes up, though, as Waterbomb Manila wrote, "The challenge video is unrelated to whether the artist will perform."

The Waterbomb Festival is a summer festival that features performances from various K-pop artists amid a water battle using water guns and hoses.

The festival kicked off in Seoul in South Korea from July 5 to 7 with performances from Hyuna, Jay Park, Nayeon, and Taemin,  among others. It will be spanning eleven cities the world over including Manila.
