'Running Man PH' cast to open 'Running Man Live in Manila: Run 2 U' concert

The "Run 2 U" concert of the "Running Man Korea" cast is looking to be a more exciting event!

On Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the King of Talk Boy Abunda announced that the cast of "Running Man Philippines" will serve as the opening act for the event will be held on Saturday. 

"Ayon sa runners, they will perform in the concert para makiisa sa libo-libong fans in welcoming 'Running Man Korea' back in the Philippines," Tito Boy said. 

"They are one with you sa pagpapasalamat sa 'Running Man Korea' sa pagbibigay ng saya sa inyo for the past 14 years," he added.

The concert is also in time for OG "Running Man" member HaHa's much-awaited appearance in the Philippine adaptation of the beloved Korean TV series that will be aired over the weekend.

Yoo Jae Seok, Jee Seok Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Song Ji Hyo, and Yang Se Chan are set to meet their beloved fans at the Mall of Asia Arena on July 6 for the "Running Man Live in Manila: Run 2 U."

Last year, the "Running Man" cast also held a fan meet in Manila titled "A Decade of Laughter."

"Running Man" is the longest-running variety show on SBS Channel. It has been on television since 2010.

The variety show features its hosts and guests competing in various performances and games at different landmarks in Korea.

The Philippine adaptation of the well-loved variety series, "Running Man Philippines," is produced by GMA Network and SBS Korea.

"Running Man Philippines" is now on its second season. Angel Guardian was hailed as the ultimate runner in Season 1. The other runners are Glaiza De Castro, Mikael Daez, Kokoy De Santos, Lexi Gonzales, Buboy Villar, Ruru Madrid, and Miguel Tanfelix.
