Lisa of BLACKPINK releases new song 'Rockstar'

Lisa of BLACKPINK on Friday officially made a solo comeback with her new single "Rockstar."

The global star went edgy for the song's music video, donning bold, black outfits and showing off her dance moves.

As of writing, the MV has already garnered over two million views.

“Rockstar” is Lisa’s first song after launching her record label, LLOUD.

Lisa debuted as a solo artist in 2021 with the record-breaking singles “LALISA” and “Money.”

The BLACKPINK members recently launched their own labels for their solo activities: Lisa with LLOUD, Jennie with Odd Atelier, and Jisoo with Blissoo. Rosé signed with The Black Label, which is under BLACKPINK's agency YG Entertainment, for her solo work.

In December 2023, BLACKPINK renewed their contracts for group activities with YG Entertainment but not for individual activities. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
