Modern and Contemporary Art Festival returns this July

The Modern and Contemporary Art Festival (MoCAF) is set to return for its third year this July.

MoCAF, known as the Philippines' most dynamic art festival, aims to spotlight the country's ever-growing art scene by showcasing the works of modern masters and cutting-edge contemporary artists.

MoCAF 2024 will run from July 5 to 7, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the Marquis Events Place in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

This year's art festival comprises premier local and international galleries, such as Artemis Art, Art Underground, Art Lounge Manila, Vinyl on Vinyl, Kaida Contemporary, Shukado+Scena, Galerie Stephanie, Kobayashi Gallery, and more.

MoCAF 2024 will also include a series of events throughout the three days. Aside from the general public viewing, attendees can also look forward to talks like "The Science of Art Conservation: Guidelines to Know if a Conservator is Good or Not," "The Art of the Scent" with Oscar Mejia, "The Art of Collecting Wood Fired Ceramics" courtesy of One East Asia, "Usapang Presyo: How Should Art Be Priced?" and "Homage, Appropriation, or Plagiarism? When is Copying Art Illegal?"

Tickets are priced at P300 each and may be purchased via MoCAF's website.
