'Oshi No Ko' Season 2 drops teaser showing characters in Tokyo Blade arc

"Oshi No Ko," the hit 2023 anime about the children of a Japanese idol and their showbiz journey, just released a teaser for its second season!

The video shows Aqua, Akane, and Kana along with other actors during what seems to be rehearsals for a show called "Tokyo Blade."

It also revealed the premiere date for Season 2, which is on July 3.

"Oshi No Ko" is the anime adaptation of a manga of the same name written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari.

It follows Aqua and Ruby, the twin children of Ai, the center of the defunct idol group B-Komachi. Ai is murdered at the beginning of the series, so Aqua enters showbiz to find her killer.

Meanwhile, Ruby wants to follow her late mother's footsteps and become an idol.

"Oshi No Ko" Season 1 is currently streaming on Netflix. A live action film and television show is also in the works.
