Miguel Tanfelix's mom turns to content creation to show love for cooking

Miguel Tanfelix's mom has turned to content creation to share to everyone something that she loves doing—cooking.

According to Darlene Cay's report on "24 Oras," Sunday, Grace Tanfelix was a former preschool teacher and became a full-time mom when Miguel entered showbiz.

When the Sparkle actor became older, Grace no longer had to accompany her son to tapings and discovered something that would keep her busy.

"One time, nagluluto ako. sabi ko, i-video ko kaya ito. Then, pinost ko sa TikTok. Nagustuhan naman ng viewers and then, more pa raw. Nagsunod-sunod na," she said.

With over 300,000 followers on Facebook and TikTok, Grace has now become a full-fledged content creator. Among her favorite recipes are Leche Flan, which is Miguel's favorite, and Caldereta.

Grace said that she feels fulfilled with what she does because of her supportive sons.

"Pinagmamalaki nila sa friends nila. 'Masarap 'yung luto ng mommy ko.' Very fulfilling sa akin 'yun," she said.

Grace has also an advice to fellow mommies who also want to try to pursue their passion.

"Mag-explore sila. Kung saan sila magaling, yin ang gawin nila. Like me, magaling ako magluto, pinursue ko," she said.

Miguel currently stars in "Running Man Philippines" Season 2, which airs Saturdays and Sundays at 7:15 p.m.
